Shipping policy

Our online store is now open for shipping to New Zealand.

Holiday Period Processing

Our New Zealand warehouse will be closed between 23/12/23 – 07/01/2024, due to this all orders placed after midday on Friday 22nd December will be dispatched on Monday 8th January.

In addition to this, our courier provider, Post Haste, will be working to their own operating days/hours which can be found here.


Order Processing

All orders placed before 12pm NZST are packaged and dispatched on the same business day. Orders placed after 12pm on business days, or on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched on the following business day.

Due to our processing times, once you have submitted your order, we are unable to change the items in your order. If you need to make a change to your delivery address, please contact us as soon as you can. Please note amendments to delivery addresses are not always possible.


Shipping Services

Within New Zealand, our packages are delivered on a premium courier service by Post Haste via GoSweetSpot. A signature will be required upon delivery unless you have indicated an Authority to Leave within the delivery instructions when ordering.


Shipping Rates

Free courier shipping is offered on all orders over $79.

Courier shipping is $7.50 on orders below $79.

Delivery to a rural address is $17.50.

Saturday delivery is $10 and is available for urban addresses only.


Changing Your Order

Once you have submitted your order, we are unable to change the items in your order. If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as you can. Please note amendments to delivery addresses are not always possible.


Tracking Your Order

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information and your tracking information will be added to your order history within your account. You can track your order online with your tracking information on the Post Haste website here.
